Streamlining Part Request and Return Processes: From Manual Errors to Automated Efficiency

In this case study, I transformed a manual, error-prone part request and return process for PC units into a fully automated digital system. By first designing a paper-based prototype, then collaborating with engineers to digitize it, I developed a solution that reduces errors and improves efficiency. Key features include automated compatibility matching and support for multi-unit parts, significantly enhancing technician workflows. This project highlights my ability to identify process inefficiencies, collaborate with teams, and implement scalable solutions.
